MCP Server
Justimmo speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connect an AI assistant — such as Claude or ChatGPT — to Justimmo, and it can look up a contact, prepare you for a viewing, search the portfolio or create a task: in the name of the user who connected it, with that user's permissions.
This page is written for the IT administrator who introduces the connector in an agency and decides which of its tools the assistant may use. It lists every tool and whether it is available today.
Connection

What a connection is allowed to do
Every user connects with their own Justimmo login. There is no agency-wide technical account.
- Reading tools never change data. A writing tool changes exactly one record; marking a task done also records the matching activity.
- Nothing is deleted. There are no delete tools.
- No mail is ever sent. Exposés, viewing invitations and rejections are sent from Justimmo only.
- Nothing is published. A realty created through an assistant is a draft, and no tool changes a realty's status or its export. A change to an active realty's master data reaches the portals with the next export, as a change made in Justimmo does.
- Writes are attributed. Activities and change history written through an assistant name the user and the product, for example "Max Muster (via Claude)". Tasks carry no such marker.
Who has access
- The agency: an administrator of the agency switches MCP on in Justimmo, on the Zusatzservices page under KI-Agenten (MCP). When it is switched off, every connection of every user stops working at once, and the assistants report that they no longer have access.
- The users: in the same panel's settings the administrator grants access either to all employees or to selected ones, administrators included. Contacts never have access. Someone without access who connects an assistant is refused, and the assistant reports that it has no access.
Switching access off
- The whole agency: an administrator of the agency deactivates MCP on the Zusatzservices page.
- Single tools: in the connector settings of the assistant product — most of them let you enable or disable each tool individually, for everyone who uses the connector. Justimmo offers the same tools to every agency.
- One user: take the user out of the selection in the agency's MCP settings; their assistant is refused from its next call on. The user can also disconnect the connector themselves, or an administrator of the assistant product does it for them.
- When someone leaves: deactivating or locking the Justimmo account also ends the assistant's access from the next call on.
Choosing the tools
Three bundles as a starting point:
- Look-up only —
get_contextplus thesearch_…andget_…tools. Answers questions about the one person, property, activity or inquiry the user names; nothing is written. - Daily work, read-only — every tool of type Read. Answers questions such as "what is on my plate today", "how many active contacts do we have" or "how many inquiries came in through willhaben last week", and prepares a briefing before a viewing.
- Including writing — plus
create_task,update_task,create_activity,create_contact,update_contact,create_realtyandupdate_realty: noting a viewing and its follow-up, marking tasks done, creating or updating contacts, and creating realties as drafts or updating their master data.
Keep get_context enabled in every setup.
Tool catalogue
Status is Available for tools you will find in the connector today, and Planned for tools that are being built. When a planned tool ships, it appears in the connector's tool list once the assistant has refreshed it.

Realties (Objekte)
The writing tools cover a realty's master data. A new realty is always a draft (Entwurf), and there are no tools for a realty's status, its publishing or its documents. The floor (Etage), prices, areas, vendors (Abgeber), every text but the title, and residential and commercial projects are edited in Justimmo only. In RE/MAX agencies, the categories Luxus, Secret Sale and Nicht mit REMAX Austria synchronisiert cannot be set or removed through an assistant.

Justimmo keeps to-dos and appointments in one list, and these tools cover both of them.

Deleting
There are no delete tools. An assistant cannot remove a contact, a realty, a task or an activity.
Limits
Each user can make at most 80 tool calls per minute. A call beyond that is refused with the limit and the time to wait.
Data processing
Tool results become part of the conversation with the assistant's provider. How the provider processes them is governed by your agreement with that provider.
Content written by outsiders
Inquiry texts, notes, appointment locations and the names of contacts created from portal inquiries can be written by people outside your agency, and can contain instructions aimed at an AI assistant ("prompt injection").
- Tool results are marked for the assistant as data, not as instructions. Free text and the labels your agency configures are cleaned of formatting and hidden characters.
- A writing tool changes one record, never deletes anything, never sends mail, and identifies records by id, never by name.
The tools do not detect such instructions. Keep the write confirmations of your assistant product switched on.
